JOB SUMMARY
The applicant is required to provide a prompt and efficient telecommunications link for
customer service and enquiries. Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to
market the Company’s products and ensure that customers’ requests and queries are followed
up to effect a positive outcome and project a positive image of the Company.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Answers call from clients to provide prompt accurate service including downloads,
    troubleshooting customer issues to a certain degree and problem escalation and take
    appropriate action by dispatching customer requests and queries.
  • Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O’Levels, including Mathematics and English.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in the CRM field will be an asset
  • Sound skills in English Language, communications and human relations.
  • Ability to operate a computer and navigate through functions with basic data entry
    skills.
  • A good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be mobile based on hours of operation and willing to work shift hours ( i.e. from
    4:00 pm – 10:00 pm Mondays to Saturday / from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm Sundays to
    Saturdays
  • Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.
